Truly feel it. Pause.
Even the smallest step to restore yourself - a deep, slow, soft breath, a quiet cup of tea, a moment of stillness - can reduce, sometimes completely erase, the trace that stress might leave on your body.
Rest. Nurture yourself. Cancel plans if you need to.
Small acts of care are not indulgence.. they are protection.
Notice. Respond. Protect your energy.
Sometimes that is all it takes for the pressure to dissolve.
