Yoga therapy is a specialty within the yoga tradition that empowers you to progress toward improved holistic health through the practise of yoga. how is it different to a yoga class?

Yoga is an embodied practise of our whole selves, and yoga therapy is a specialty within that practise.  Yoga therapy goes far beyond what you get in a yoga class or even a yoga retreat.  It is a holistic system through which to understand health and disease, and it utilises a broad range of body-mind practises tailored to individual physical, mental and emotional needs.
